The Guild is organized on an “agency shop” premise.
- Association joins the GUILD.
- The Guild is a local of the OPEIU.
- The Guild is the bridge. The Association works within the medical professional world, and the Guild/OPEIU works within the world of “Organized Labor” on behalf of the association.
